Extended Postpartum doula support – 3 home visits (4 hours each) to be scheduled after 2 weeks postpartum. These visits will include assistance with breastfeeding and/or pumping as needed, light housework, light meal preparation, assisting with pets, assisting with older siblings, caring for the infant while birthing person and/or their partner showers, sleeps, or take a mental health breaks, listen and hold space for the birthing person and/or their partner.
*Postpartum services may be provided by a sister doula.

A 25% deposit is due upon contracting, the remainder balance will be invoiced monthly to be paid in full by the last month of pregnancy.
Blessing Way
This event is an intimate gathering of the birthing person’s closest family and friends. During the event we remind the birthing person of their strength, complete a fear releasing exercise, and share positive birth stories. We also pamper the birthing person, create an affirmation banner, record affirmations to be shared during labor, make a birth bracelet, and form a circle of strength. This is not a religious event, and will be catered specifically to the desires of the birthing person.

Appointment Support
Attendance at 3 prenatal appointments with OB or midwife. For some mothers attending prenatal appointments with their healthcare provider can be overwhelming. As your doula I am able to attend these appointments with you, I will help you remember "all of the things", and stay with you when you have to do testing or have longer appointments and don't want to do it "all alone".

Postpartum Doula
3 home visits (or 12 hours total) to be scheduled after 2 weeks postpartum. These visits will include: assistance with breastfeeding and/or pumping as needed, light housework, light meal preparation, assisting with pets, assisting with older siblings, caring for the infant while birthing person and/or their partner showers, sleeps, or take a mental health breaks, listen and hold space for the birthing person and/or their partner.

Placenta Encapsulation
Placental encapsulation is the process in which capsules are created from the placenta after birth. Eve's Baby Mamas each receive a print, a cord keepsake and a jar of capsules. The number of pills depends on the size of your placenta. Upon delivery of your baby and your placenta Eve or a sister doula will retrieve your placenta from your home or your place of birth. Encapsulation process takes 48 to 72 hours .

Prenatal Breastfeeding 101
The foundation of breastfeeding success is education!
This is a 2 hour course offered to Eve's Baby Mamas and their partners at or around 28 weeks of pregnancy. You will learn how to get off to a great start with your breastfeeding journey, and so much more!

Childbirth Education
This is a 4-6 series course.
This course will help you learn all about birth, the holistic stages of labor, interventions during labor and the benefits and risks of each of those interventions, and help you and your partner create a plan to have the birth that you desire! You will complete this class feeling confident and calm, and Prepared for Birth. Partners love the course because every session includes tips for how to best support the birthing person as well as hands on practice! You will also receive a course journal, access to guided mediations, and watch birth videos at each session. Education is the key to your victorious birth!
